Introductory
offer

A pilot offer for businesses across all industries, limited to the first three paid pilot clients in total. Project fit and availability confirmed individually.

  • One 15–20-second vertical video from your usable clips or photos
  • Your existing logo, relevant business details, and one clear call to action
  • Music cleared for the agreed commercial use and a ready-to-post caption
  • One round of minor text, timing, or clip changes
  • First draft within three business days after payment is confirmed and the complete brief and usable assets are received. Revised final within two business days after consolidated feedback is received. This timeline applies to future orders. Existing accepted project commitments remain unchanged.

Starter cancellations and refunds

For future orders: cancel before substantive editing begins for a full refund. Once substantive editing has begun, the $99 fee is nonrefundable for customer-requested cancellation. If we cannot deliver the agreed work, we provide a full refund. This does not limit rights required by applicable law. Production begins only after confirmed payment and a complete brief with usable assets. Contact [email protected] about cancellation or delivery issues.

Corrections needed because our work does not meet the agreed scope are not treated as customer-requested cancellation. Existing accepted project commitments remain unchanged.

Filming, logo creation, posting, ad spend, and extra versions are separate. An inquiry is not an order or confirmed booking; each project is accepted individually.
